# Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with us!

## Returns

We offer a **7-day return policy**, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

* The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
* The item must be in its original packaging
* You must provide proof of purchase (order ID)

## Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

* Used or damaged products (not caused during delivery)
* Items returned without original packaging
* Products purchased during special sales or clearance (if applicable)

## Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within **48 hours of delivery** with photos or videos as proof.

We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

## Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

* Refunds will be processed within **5–7 business days**
* The amount will be credited to your original payment method

For **Cash on Delivery (COD)** orders:

* Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI

## Cancellation

* Orders can be cancelled within **12 hours** of placing the order
* Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible

## Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

* Check your bank account again
* Contact your bank or payment provider
* If the issue persists, contact us
